As a parent, there is almost nothing I treasure more than photos of our family. When I look back at our newborn photos with our firstborn, I'm instantly transported back to the warm snuggles and the first time mom feelings. Now, as a mom about to have three kids, 3 years old and under, I'm well aware of the reality of the saying "the days are slow but the years are fast!". I understand the immense value of quality family (and maternity!) photos. Let's take yours.
My Photography Philosophy
Every parent and grandparent wants the typical "Christmas card" photo where you're all smiling at the camera. After all those are what we print for gifts and make our profile pictures on social media. During each session, I aim for multiple different poses with everyone smiling at the camera and I also give prompts/directions to bring out the 'real smiles' and the snuggles. I give tons of direction so you (and the kids if applicable!) will always know how to stand and where to look!

Frequently Asked Questions
How long until we receive our images?
Sneak peaks are delivered within 48 hours and full albums are available within 3-4 weeks.
How many images are included in "unlimited"?
There is literally no limit! For the standard collection you can expect 75+ images. For the legacy experience you can expect over 125.
What if my children aren't cooperating for the shoot?
I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old, so I know about uncooperative toddlers. For that same reason, I'm generally pretty good at getting the kiddos in a good mood - even in the shorter session! Moms have brought puffs, we've played Cocomelon on a phone, we've danced together. We'll make it work! You know your child best, but I typically don't recommend bringing other people to help "get your baby to smile" this generally backfires and creates more of a distraction.
What if it rains?
We just reschedule to another day, no problem! I watch the weather radar very closely and will make a call 3-5 hours before the shoot on the day of. If you're getting hair/make up done we will make the call the day before.
Do you require a deposit?
For the legacy experience, a 50% deposit is required. For the mini and standard collections, payment is due at time of booking. Sales tax will be added to each package as is required by the state of North Carolina.
